The location is good and the breakfast was very nice. Most of the staff were also very nice. The room, which was supposed to be 'twin deluxe', did have two nice beds (one twin, one double) but the room was very small and the only window looked into the tiny courtyard, so it felt claustrophobic. When I was leaving, they charged me 25$ more than they should have, saying that the deposit I'd sent to Hostelworld (100$) didn't 'count' if I only stayed 3 days instead of 4.

thanks you very much!! As you told me you are a claustrophobic person you should ask before every time you book a hotel if there are front street window avaliable because not all the windows in a "Budget Hotel" are in the front.Let me correct you, you did not book a "Deluxe" room, you booked a "Superior" room. There is gig difference, because it is difficult to find luxury in a "Budget Hotel". WE DID NOT CHARGE 25 MORE, I explained you 3 times, but I will try again, may be you can undesrtand now. For example: if you book a on hostelworld.com 10 days and make a 10 per cent payment in advance and suddenly you just stayed at the hotel 1 day WE CAN NOT GIVE THE MONEY BACK, because those 10 days payment in advance are the comission of hostelworld.com and they DO NOT GO TO MY POCKET!!! It is simple, you booked 4 days and you stayed 3 days, we consider the proportional payment in advance of 3 days AND NOT 4 DAYS. Maybe you could read the Terms and Conditios more carefully. I renember YOU TRIED TO PAY LESS THAN YOU SHOULD, you told us that your friend live you the last night, if you would tell us we could kindly change you to a single room and you ´d pay a single room.
