Good location but there is hardly any Wi Fi...

A room in the main hotel wasn't available, so we were placed in a separate building. The room was fine. The bathroom was very small. The walls were paper thing so we were woken up early by guests leaving and slamming doors. Breakfast was just a selection of pastries. Overall, fine, not great.

Very helpful and nice gentleman in the reception. We were able to change the room to suit our preferences better, all of that hassle-free.

BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY!!!! We started getting bites on our first night, hopeful that it was only Mosquitos. By the third night we notified the staff about bed bugs and they didn't understand. VERY unclean!! The bathroom situation on the 3rd floor (2nd floor in Italy) is AWFUL. Horrible shower, nowhere to put clothes or a towel, soaking wet slippery floor, dead bugs everywhere. Free Breakfast included was NOT enough for me to stay here ever again!

Very comfortable location, the staff very polite and helpful. A great value for money place.

Make sure all your nights are booked. We booked an extra night, went on an all day tour to arrive back at 9pm to no booking at all. Had to wait until 11pm for the owner to sort out his mistake. Very unprofessional.

we moesten uitwijken naar een ander hotel

We felt we had what we paid for. No bad surprise. Breakfast was enough in term of quantities. The only thing is that we couldn't open the window in the first room we were in which made the athmosphere of the room a bit creepy. But the staff has been very nice and gave us another room.

Our hotel room and the bathrooms were very clean! And the room was extremely huge. It was a very nice hotel. The staff working was always ready to help out although they weren't the most friendly people i've met. For breakfast they offered bread and a croissant. I was just enough to get your day started. It is a perfect hotel if your going there with your girlfriend or boyfriend.

Decent place. Extra nice and helpful younger guy at the front desk. Would stay there again

The bed covers had stains all over them they were GROSS. The bathroom had only two little things of shower gel. No soap or anything else and we had booked a room for two for two nights. Breakfast was not great. Coffee was gross, tasted more like half milk half water and no taste of coffee. The place was tricky to find and when we did find it we found out it was 4 blocks away from the main place where we had to walk to and from for breakfast on the second day.

When we booked this hotel it claimed to have a bar and a swimming pool, it doesn't have either. The hotel doesn't have a fridge or a kitchen either. We booked a double bedroom with a shared bathroom, when we got there our double bed was two single put up beds pushed together and the bathroom was on another floor! Very poor! I asked for another fan and was told I could not have one. The pillows are so thin they are useless! The breakfast is disgusting! Do not book here at all!

Was a very old layout and old style rooms and furniture, but our room was very big with its own shower and sink so was ideal. And we got free breakfast which was a bonus. Good location too.

I was very impressed. Very low costs and what a good room in a convenient location! Also the staff was so helpful - the man was explaining everything very carefully and he was very kind. What is more, I had a reservation for the room with general bathroom but for the same price they gave us the room with private bathroom. That was good! I recommend!

The garden area was lovely! The hostel was a short walk from restaraunts and the centre of town. The only negative was that we couldn't open our window which made our room quite stuffy, however they had provided us with a fan. Overall would totally recommend!
