THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, so my friend and I had to lug huge heavy bags up 2 floors. The man who works the later shift, Vincenzo should be fired, he was unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger let alone do his job. He made the stay horrible! If you want a cheap, good location, ok hotel, but HORRIBLE service, this is the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and found all the staff very very helpful. The breakfast was excellentand I would have no hesitation recommending Hotel Genesio to anyone. Although it was winter and only 1 degree outside at night time, the room (and the common areas of the hotel) were nice and cosy. Regards Ann Maree Miller Sydney, Australia
