Probably the best place you can get in Firenze for this price. The staff is great, but the hostel is quite simple. The location is not the best and the room is also a bit old. The bathroom was a problem, tiny and with a problem at the door. The internet connection was annoying and didn't work most of the time. Dispite these problems, this hotel is a good place to stay in Firenze.

REALLY nice staff! Very accommodating and always ready with recommendations for (great) places to eat. One guy even waited on hold to get us tickets to the Uffizi for the next morning. Good wifi too. Only bummer was the location, it's a bit of a walk from the center of Florence, but I wouldn't have minded if it hadn't rained so much.

This is a truly beautiful hotel although it is not very closed to the station. All staff there are very nice and helpful. Facilities in the room are just perfect. Not a lot of hotel offers water heater but they do! That's excellent! And we just love all the signs that direct us to the hotel all the way through from the train station. SPA is offered with reasonable price (15 euro per person) but we didn't have time to try it. What a pity! We must stay there again if we visit the city again.
