The room was satisfactory... Nothing much other than a place to sleep because it was very small. But that is Paris I suppose. The bathroom had some mold.

Good for One night Stay.

Really great location close to Gare du Nord and metro. Room was really nice and we had no problem with noise whatsoever, except noisy guests (which is hardly the hotel\'s fault). Breakfast was standard continental which as fine for us, esp. given the price. Only small complaint was the quality of the wifi which seldom worked for more than a minute at a time. Also, luggage storage is in the breakfast room, which has no surveillance. No one saw us pick ours up. Would stay here again though!

It was a happy choice. It is near of Sacre Coeur at Montmartre an very close to Anvers subway station, so you can go to whatever place in Paris by subway. Montmartre is a wonderful place to get out at night, better when you are near your hotel. Hotel Gerando is very clean, elegant, safe, the reception is 24 h, the staff was very polited and helpful all the time. Really the bath is very small, but it seems like all in Paris. The brakfast isn't very diversified, but it's good. We enjoied a lot!!!

It looks dirty all the time, though it might be somewhat clean, the old walls falling apart don't help believing that. There is no privacy, at least on the audio level : you can hear everything from your friend in the bathroom, other people flushing, the elevator... We were lucky there wasn't anyone who snored. I tried to talk to the concierge and the only thing he could say was that I could not expect more and that every hotel lies on their advertisements. He was rude and I was disappointed!

Great location, close to the Metro and 5-10 minutes walking from Sacre Coeur. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot water and clean towels every day. The rooms were quite small, the bedding and carpet were dirty. Too noisy in the morning - the walls are not soundproofed! Still it is good value for money. We would stay again!

Value for money lower than expected when you pay 90 euro a night. Bedlinen and bathroom were not optimal clean including black stripes and stains on the wall. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom was wet. The towels were breaking down.

The room #1 was ok, except that the common toilet was just on the other side of the wall and the hand dryer a nightmare! I could sleep until 2 am . Breakfast was sad, all counted: one bread, one small croissant, one marmalade, one butter and one drink. Overall, it is a fair choice for a short business trip with few expectations

The place is very well located. Very close to Anvers and Gare du Nord railway stations. The asked us to pay in advance before having seen the room. Never happened before... we always payed at the end our stay. The breakfast is available from 7 to 9 am (we expected it to be available untill 10 am at least as it is in most hotels), but if you arrive a bit late they are very kind with you and let you have it. The bathroom and room is cleaned properly, but the carpet is dirty and dusty.

the ensuite bathroom had a hair dryer - towels and shampoo replenished daily. Plenty of coffee, tea or cocoa milk for breakfast

Staff not particularly helpful. Would have been nice to have been offered help with my bags. Asked to print, told the printer didn't work.... A computer would be useful. I expected the breakfast to be better.
