Good location and good breakfast! I was assigned an outdated and very smelly smokers room. Had to sleep with windows open because of the bad smell. Rude and arrogant staff (old guy) who was very unwilling to answer simple questions in a polite and helpfull way. Felt like I was a disturbance rather than a welcomed client 😡 This guy should be in the back office, not at the front desk !

liked the 24 hr reception, having a fridge and the breakfast was good

The hotel has a very modern and lovely looking reception, however, the rooms are not cozy at all. With the unhygienic carpet on the floors and inside the room it cannot be clean. Something to mention is that there were stingy insects in the room, don't know what kind, but I had an allergic reaction to it.

Location is in the city center, from the train station easy to reach by bus. The room was clean and ok but it was a bit loud from outside.

We had enjoyed very much out stay, thanks, Asia from Bulgaria

Really nice hotel for the one night I stayed there. Difficult to adjust the air conditioning, however. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was exactly what was needed. Very positive stay overall!

Cheap and perfect hotel for our short stay. Parking garage is really close.

Good value basic accommodation with lovely continental breakfast included. A bit of a schlep from the train station, but closer to the port in the central part of the old town

Great hotel - very much recommened!

A real hole. Don't get put into the annex

Terrible hole. Don't go there. I was put into there annex across the street from the main hotel. Unfinished, narrow lumpy mattress, smelly hallways, one bare lightbulb. A cell. It's close to the harbor and that's it's only advantage

Ok for staying in Livorno. Clean rooms - nice toilet. Staff was suspicious but knowing. Nice price compared to location. Would stay again.

I thought the hotel was good value for money the staff were always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and serviceable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable price no frills accommodation in Livorno.

Right in the center, 5-10 minutes walk to ferries, 15-20 minutes walk from station.

We were directed towards another hotel outside the city and given a map where it was not specified. It took us an hour to get there.

Discription not correct on website! On arrivel: room was outside of town, no breakfast incl.

Very old hotel, very over-priced, didn't want to use the shower...keep looking.
