Rooms are great and very clean. Easy to find, close to Central Station. For me it was a great choice.

I have had several vacations there already. The place is highly recommendable. It is very close to the train statin including the Circumvesuviana to Pompeji and Ercolaneo. You can also venture a day trip to Paestum.Buy a 3 day tourist ticket for Campana for 20 Euro at the Circumvesuviana ticket office. Many tabacconists do not have it.It is also valid on the naples transport system.Excursions to Capri and Ischia are expensive and extremely ripp-off in character. You can easily spend a week .

I thought the people that worked there were not very friendly. They weren't rude either, just not friendly.

Hotel Ginerva was an okay place to stay. Napoli is very expensive, so the hotel is pretty decent value for money. It's not in the safest feeling location, but we had no problems, and it is close to the train station. The staff were fine and the hotel was quite clean.
