The street it was on was very dirty, and the didn't have any information of our reservation. The inside on the hotel was really nice

My booking no# 15249 -40804179 staying Grand Godwin there nights on Feb 2 ~4 from your hotel world booking When we arrive first day ,the senior staff(maybe manager) said the hotel is full loading that day , and bring us to hotel krishna deluxe just next two right hand side 「Add：45, Arakashan Road, New Delhi 110055, India」（cheap hotel Rs 1500 per room） how is this kind of thing happening ？bcs we already paid10% non refund deposit (Rs4066per room)and 100% granteed booking by hostelworld .

Had organized for car pickup which did not happen. Had been in email contact and this service was to be provided at my cost. 24hrs after arriving, phone call apologizing car was not sent
