WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN MERIDA. VERY CLOSE TO THE CENTRE IN A NICE STREET. VERY NICE OUTSIDE AREA, PEACEFUL AND BEAUTIFUL. GREAT SPACIOUS ROOMS WITH GREAT BATHROOMS. VERY VERY CLEAN WHICH WAS GREAT. LOVED IT AND WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Staff was not very helpful, rooms are not pretty at all. I did the booking on hostelworld but they did not receive the information, so my room was already given to someone else :S
