Brilliant location, literally round the corner from the golden temple. Pretty clean rooms with tv, fridge and hot shower. The staff are the major downfall here, there is no effort from them for anything, poor attitude and generally come across as being rude. compared to almost all other tourist destinations in India, this hotel was over priced considering the service and general quality. There was an extra charge for 'tax' on arrival which was approx 18% making it even more expensive!
