Staff who can't even tell you where on MG road you are. Very poor english and neither friendly nor unfriandly.

The big advantage for me was being able to book online as Kolkata was my first stop in india. The main issue is location, it's a fair way from most of the Kolkata action, but it's close to the metro and buses if you don't mind a crowded trip. You can also find almost as good rooms for half the price near the sudder lane tourist district.
