Less than 5 min walk from Kanazawa station, train & buses. Although they had a sign saying there was a lift in the car park AFTER you\'d pretty much climbed the steps! Cleaned daily, excellent space for 3 people as they use 2 rooms instead. They provide PC rental for internet usage, otherwise those with a laptop, they provide a network cable in the room for you to use. Overall, would stay again when I\'m over there again. Really nice family run place. Very close to station which is good. Kanazawa isn't that big so if you don't mind walking it's only about 30 minutes max to main sights. This was a good, inexpensive hotel close to the train station. The rooms were nice sized, and clean, if a bit outdated. The staff was helpful and kind as well. It wasn`t a bad place to spend the night, but not somewhere you`d go looking for a fun hang out place, or new friends. Over all I was pleased with it, even though I wouldn`t really call it a hostel. This is a great hostel if you're looking for somewhere close to the station that's cheap. For a better place to stay in the same area, check out the Dormy Inn, which is about the same price, but nicer.
