There is no elevator, only old stairs. The toilette is separated from de bathroom. There was only one eletric plug in the room.

The staff spoke english very poorly. Before our trip, we wrote them that we had to cancel the last night. We reveived an e-mail back in french saying that they had noted our change, but when we arrieved, we discovered that they had cancelled our whole reservation...they were able to find us a room though, When we left and have to pay, we were not able to explain to the staff that we had payed deposit for three nights and should therefore pay less in total and we ended up paying too much.

I honestly did not expect 5 star hotel but for this price it was really a poor level. I never been in worse hotel in the past, e.g. shower in the bathroom was not correclty working, hair dryer was not holding on the wall.

Very Good hotel! Nice stuff and 5 Min to the Moulin Rouge! It's was perfect!

The staff could ´t speak english. The breakfast was horrible and expensive. There is a Starbuck around the corner. MC D does not open before 11 - But the location was perfect!
