I reserved a 4 bed private in Jan. 20 and was told on arrival that they had booked our room for some last minute arrivals. We got divided into 2 suites, but then were requested to pay a small amount for them if we wanted to stay there. I didn't like their attitude and the way the hotel handled the situation, but we paid it since my 60-yr-old parents didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving to another room later. Good location and facilities. Bfast is simple but nice.

The breakfast lady was very nice making your coffee at moment as you ask it. It's not ahostel, is a hotel actually. Very good.

Room was great. Breakfast was quite bad, in fact we ate it outside most mornings. No wi-fi in the room, only public areas. Also, I was happy to find a bath in the room, but annoyed at the 30 euro charge to use it, since it was a massaging one. I would have rather had a normal that I could have used, or just a shower. The best extra was the thorough and extremely useful explanation of the map of Rome by the Eastern European female concierge. No actual problems.

This was a nice hotel and centrally located right by the train station. The front desk staff was very helpful and really know about all the tourist information. The rooms are little cramped but still nice and have a bathroom included. The breakfast is great and there is even freshly prepared coffee. This is a great place for short or extended stays.

Very polite stuff and a perfect place to stay for a few days in Rome without paying a fortune. The location is ideal since it is very near to metro station but also gives you the opporunity to walk around the center of the city.

Double bed really was "double"... they got 2 beds and put them together... I woke up every 1 hour because of the hole between the two beds. TERRIBLE.

Breakfast was basic but good, general value for money was great. wifi signal was poor in the room. Location was right beside termini station. Nice high ceilings.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in Roma. We had a spacious three person room that was very clean and nice with a large bathroom. The staff was so nice and helpful, from recommending places for us to go or helping us call and change dinner reservations in Italian, Vladimir was absolutely great. We liked the places recommended to us so much, we were always out to late to wake up for breakfast but bet was good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The receptionist was very helpful, and gave us lots of good advice for seeing the city. Breakfast was very simple, but filling. The room itself was comfortable - good beds and lots of space. We couldn't get the lamps to work, so it was quite dark at times, and there was only one powerpoint which was already in use for the tv. Overall though, very close to Roma Termini and a shortish walk from several of the main attractions and the metro.

Upon arrival the woman at the front desk laid out a map for us and she told us every bus route and where to go for restaurants and night life and how long it took to walk everywhere. It was so nice to be greeted that way and made me more much more relaxed about the trip. Perfect location by Termini station, convenient walk to Colosseum and Roman Forum and other major sites (churches, etc) stayed in room 37, nice small balcony with a big double and one single bed. would come back here!
