Hotel Hoshikawakan

Hotel Hoshikawakan is located in the beautiful nature of Nagano, in the center of the famous Yudakana Hot Springs. Enjoy our natural hot spring, and delicious Japanese food.

We have 53 guest rooms in total, for 250 guests. Both Japanese style rooms and Japanese-western style rooms (Japanese style room with beds) are available. All rooms are well equipped with bath and toilet, TV, bathrobes and other amenities.

Our big public bathrooms are natural hot spring baths. We have both indoor bath and outdoor bath. From the outdoor bath, you can enjoy the view of the town, the far away mountains, and stars at night. The public bathrooms are open 24 hours.

We offer seasonal food from Shinshu region. Japanese cuisine is served in the dining hall for both breakfast and dinner.

Other facilities include a night club, a big hall for meeting and parties, a conference room, and a souvenir shop.

We have easy access to many famous sight-seeing spots in the area. The area is famous for its hot spring. Hoshikawa Onsen, Honami Onsen, Yudanaka-shibu Onsen Resorts, etc, are all within walking distance. The well-known Jigokudani Yaen-koen, where monkeys taking hot spring bath can be observed, is also close by. If you are interested in Japanese history, there are temples and museums nearby, such as Daihiden Temple and Hokusai Museum. We are also close to several ski resorts.
