JAQ, that runs the place is an amazing man! SO sweet and willing to help you enjoy MTl to it's fullest. Make sure you get the room with the deck on teh street...it's like having your own private patio, and you still get to watch all the action on St Cat's!! Parts of St Cat's are sketchy, but this place is in a pretty good area. Lots of asian food around the area and mc D's just one block away. Subway is three blocks away. Great overall..I would totally come and stay there again!

The owner of the hostel was extremely friendly and spent nearly a half-hour helping my friend and I figure out what to do in Montreal. It is only a couple blocks from the main club street and is located on St. Catherine street which is the main street in Montreal. The hostel itself had everything we needed including a balcony and a nice, clean bathroom. If I go back to Montreal I will definitely stay here again.
