The hotel is located just next to the main railway station and metro station. The room was clean, apart from the curtains that should be washed. The breakfast was the same everyday, but it was good and what important - it was supplied constantly, so even if you came with 'the last bell' there was enough food (I liked freshly baked crossaints). The staff was friendly and helpfull. Overall - very good conditions for this price.
Perfect location and easy to find. Good value for money.
Hotel ideal was a nice place to stay. It was situated so near to the train station, very easy to find. There was wifi but you could only access it from lobby and the reading room. Our room was very small but we only stayed there for one night so it was OK. Room was clean staff were helpful and nice. Bad part was that they didnt have any lift. And it smelled very moldy where they served breakfast. But overall everything was good and satisfying.

The hotel itself is good, but the location is really, really bad. We were afraid to park our car anywhere. No free parking was actually provided, we paid 26 Euros, which is a lot. Clean hotel, just really bad location. I cannot express this enough. In the morning it looked good, at night, we were afraid to walk on the streets. Naples is a one day stop or AVOID it if possible. We used this as a jumping point for Pompeii. Next time we will stay in Pompeii instead.
Trepidation staying in rougher part of naples quickly gone, the hotel far exceeding expectations. Air con, en suite, clean and with breakfast included at a great price. Supermarket and local cafés near by with excellent train access. Bar not open during our visit, but would have been appreciated. Definitely recommended.
We arrived at the hotel and they had CANCELLED our reservation! Because I put my arrival time at 12:00, and I arrived at 14:30. We had to look for another hotel with several bags, and we had to pay 30 euro more than the value expected! I was terrified!! We were humiliated, treated very badly! The receptionist was very rude.
As we stayed the last two weeks in hostels, we enjoyed our stay (new towels every day and a breakfast which was ok). When you expect a hostel, you this hotel is for you. When you expect a hotel you will get disappeared. The price (p. P. per night) was the best in Italy for a hostel.
Nice hotel, very good location and good breakfast. Hotel was very clean.
Close to the station on a pedestrian mall it was amazingly quiet and one of the few rooms we could leave the windows open as the traffic noise didn't keep us awake all night. No waiting for staff to book in and with breakfast and an ensuite great value.
Simple but comfortable, one step from train station. Wonderful staff, 100% disponibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. Highly recommended for a "scale" at naples in lonnger trips.
This place was a pleasant surprise. the location was easy to find because its really close to the train station. This location is great for getting places but it is also in 'that' area of town so kinda of scary at night. But the hotel itself was very nice. Our room was small but ended up having a bathroom in it which was unexpected and it was right beside the lounge so the wifi worked in our room which was nice. the beds were comfy and it was quiet at night so had a good sleep.
This is a good place to stay right down the street from the main train station. There is also a decently priced restaurant right next door with yummy food. However, there are NOT laundry facilities even though they list that as a feature. We had to take our laundry several blocks away to a much less attractive part of town.
Pros: The location was really wonderful- right next to the Metro and Napoli Centrale. There are several restaurants downstairs with cheap prices and delicious food. The staff were all kind and courteous, and a decent breakfast was served. For the cheap price, will definitely recommend. Cons: The hotel bathrooms definitely had mold and ours had a hole cut in the wall with a fan placed inside which led directly to the outside (???!?). The WiFi was reliable but only available in the Reading room
