Hotel Ideal Reviews

Hotel Ideal was a very professional hotel that just happens to be located in one of the most filthy cities in Europe. The front desk was very professional and the hotel itself is ridiculously close to the train station (when the station is behind you, make a left). Breakfast was included, and the guy behind the bar was unbelievably friendly. The rooms were too small, however, but the biggest flaw of the hotel was that it is located in Naples.

Overcharged me for the room, as the night manager said he had no change. I asked him to leave a note on our account, he didnt... so when I asked for the change the next day when another member of staff was on. Didn't get any change back. Very unprofessional! Place was in a good location for transport. Not particuly nice inside, very dated. Wasn't cleaned well. Would not recommend

It is right by the train station which is ideal because Napoli isn't exactly somewhere you want to be a lot. Also it really is like a mini hotel. Super clean, comfy beds, and everything was really nice. Breakfast is horrible though, but really didn't matter.

the bathrooms were tiny. Your head was in the sink when you were on the toilet. Breakfast consisted of toast and coffee.

A lovely hostel in a not so lovely place. Naples just seems dirty and dodgy. We arrived there after a long day and found the Hotel Ideal within 100m of Napoli Centrale station. It was an Oasis of welcome and friendliness. Our room was large with ensuite, heating, TV, wardrobe, desk and even a balcony!The room was decorated with prints of cherubs and of local architecture. Comfortable bed, standard breakfast. Highly recommended

The hotel was really good, the only problem was that the internet only works in the reading room, so you have to go out of your room to use it, and was a bad internet too. But the price was really good, so its a relly good place to stay.

I will stay here again without any problem, centric, nice attention, near of central station and not far away from history town center.

The location is the strong point of this hotel.
