The hostel is probably one of the least expensive ones in Rome but you really get what you paid for... almost nothing aprat from a bed (comfortable but in a dorm) and a bathroom (shared). Wifi is not free and there is almost no decoration inside the rooms. The location is convenient near to the train station. Go there for the convenience and the price (expensive for what you get but to be fair, everywhere else is even more expensive...).

Could provide more towels for guests!

High price, they don't even have free wifi. The staff wasn't polite enough, even one of them started to complain about some situations in front of me.

A staff lady was very rude to me when I could not understand her poor English. My room was at a separate address down the way from the main hotel and they did not have a key for me to use, so every time I wanted to go into my room I had to ask someone to walk over to my room with me. One time they made me wait over 10 minutes. In general the staff was very unhelpful and slow. My shower was ice cold in the morning and they refused to let me use the one in the common room.

they tried to charge more money than was agreed through hostelworld, i really don't like that. the rest was ok.

Yes, you pay 1 euro for internet...but it was one of the fastest connections at any hostel i've stayed at. Best value for my money that I found anywhere in Italy. Definitely recommend.

It was a bad hostel, they made me pay extra for wifi, and didn't work, the bathroom in the private room was smelly, really go to another hostel if you can.
