They turned off the heating at night, while is was -12°C outside... The corridors are very dusty and old. The rooms where refurbished, but the sheets where not perfectly clean.

Right by the train station, so there is no need for a taxi. Not too far from the main areas of interest in town. The bed was big and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the value was excellent. There was no wi-fi, but this is not a major drawback.
