I just needed a place to stay one night between Vallencia and Barcelona. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The accomodations are minimal and it was not the easiest place to find but overall it was a fine establishment. Just to put this all in context, I have mainly stayed in hostels during this trip.

Sabi was a lovely host, nothing was too much trouble for her. Very accommodating and friendly, as was her brother. Made us feel really welcome. Hotel was basic, but was exactly what we expected for the money. Would stay here again.

The hotel was exceptional value for money, it was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is ideally situated in old Benidorm town. I have booked a number of hotels and hostels on this site and can say that the Iris has been the best so far. When I next go to Benidorm I shall be booking into the Iris.
