The hostel was good and really near the station, easy to reach. Just did not like that I had to pay extra to rent the linen for the night but overall was good

Good greeting and room. The night desk clerk was rather rude and slow to be helpful with questions. Being talked back to when your asking a question is never something a guest should have to deal with, not acceptable at all.

Great hôtel with perfect location but only few showers and not so clean.

Nice staff. Way too expensive for what you get. Pay for your own linen. Pay for a towel. Showers are disgusting. Rooms are disgusting. I didn't feel safe. Nor did I feel it was clean. Loud all night long outside. Toilets are inconveniently located. It got the job done, one partially sleepless night. But after 20 hours of straight traveling and paying close to 40 euros, I would expect it to be way nicer.

I came in knowing that there were 4 things that earlier reviews had complained about the most, and this is my take on them. Leave key at reception every time you go out? A bit of a security risk, but it's a simple process and never had to worry about the key. Internet only in the foyer? The foyer is fabulous, so whatever. Rent the sheets? Not a big deal. Ladder for the top beds? AWFUL. Squeaky, unsafe (top step was too short), and if u wanted to get down while the ladder was on the other side...

The room was underground and not so clean. The room was extremely small and it was smelling awful. Also very expensive for what you get

Staff is exceptionally helpful and understanding

Great clean accommodations, comfy beds with a washroom in the 6 bedroom dorm. Definitely got what I paid for, and if travelling back to Copenhagen, will stay here again.

Location was amazing, but staff could have been a little friendlier. Facilities were quite sketchy and going to take a shower in the basement was not the greatest, it looked very sketchy.

The location was great, amenities were as expected and advertised (bare minimum). The beds were a little tight for the space though, the 4 person room I stayed in really was too small, should have been a 3 person dorm at most.

I thought that I saw bad hostels, but this one is the worst. I can not recommend it nor for weekend, nor for one night. Any others (cheaper or more expensive) will not be worse. Hostel should at least provide place to sleep, but place to sleep is so awful and inconvenient, they just not respect travellers.

Very expensive Hostel. For 350KR (for two persons) you can book a private hotel room in Berlin or any other big city. And, if you want to leave your bags after the check out, you need to bring your own locker if you want to use their closet - WTF???

Nice staff, great location, clean bathrooms, free wifi, lockers in the room and larger ones in the basement. No kitchen, No internet access in the room (Only in the lobby), Not enough outlets to charge your electronic devices in the room, Small beds, No ladder individually for each upper bed (Only a portable one for the room), no place in the shower room to put your stuff on, no hostel atmosphere. It's not expensive and the location is great. To my opinion it's enough for a weekend away.

Frew baggage storage is key. Nothing is less hospitable than making you carry your bags around for the afternoon until 3pm check in. Your policy where you give the key back everytime you leave would be fine except upon returning I would have to wait at the front desk to get the key back seeing as its unmanned 50% of the time.

Good wifi, great location, clean. Just charges for sheets..

Hands down, the worst place iv ever stayed. Downstairs in the common room, there were holes in the ceiling!!! Did not feel safe at all, when i asked about charging my phone at reception the guy said "sure, but it's likely to be stolen cos we dont always keep an eye on the desk." Eh, and 30 DKK to rent bedsheets as we were meant to bring our own? Nothing about that in the email. Only for the fact it is central, beside train station and it was our last night we would demand a refund.

In the room was too hot to sleep..it would be great to have a free sheets and a stairs when needs to clime up to the bed, witch is double bed. But not the stairs like metal one, so u wake up whole room when need's to clime up on bed. The locker need to buy on reception but the boxes for them are on the -1 floor that looks very scary. But, when I was leaving, they put lockers with box in the room so it's a good solutions.
