The receptionist had not registered our booking, she did not give my deposit back and sent us to another place without any apology. It is really unprofessional. Moreover, she could not speak a single word of English nor any other idiom, whereas it was mentioned 'English spoken" on the website.

-The woman in reception does not speak any language except Czech language - i did not get the rooms which i reserved , instead i got available rooms

this hotel is in a dangerous area and is not fit for any students to to stay in-on my visit to the kacerov i saw a man in the parking lot break in to somebody else car and take out the person radio.i also a man apparently a pimp and his hooker,standing outside the hotel.the only way to improve this hotel is to blow it up and stay all over again also the surrounding area i repeat the area is dangerous.
