This was our second booking at this place and we reaffirm what we said before: nice hotel and good location. We would recommend it

Nice hotel and friendly staff. We changed our room from a basic to a superior because the first one wasn't that nice.

Location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to the bus station, the market and the lake. You can also arrange camel trip , ayuverdic massage and also train ticket through them.

Room was large and nice with balcony, but very cold, due to lack of natural light. No heaters were offered. It was quite noisy because of numerous weddings taking place in the street below. Had roof-top room booked and did not get it as promised weeks in advance. Restaurant staff were great and we really enjoyed them. The chef bent over backwards to please and was a good cook.

We really enjoyed our time here - it was a really beautiful hotel and our room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even let us freshen up before our night bus later in the evening after we had checked out in the morning - very accommodating.

Thos hotel is ok. But happening a very sad thing in there. The hotel owner insist to use my notebook. I ask him why he didn't use his... and he answer that was not good. He start to write a review at trip advisor as was a costumer, talking lovely things about his hotel. For a moment, he gave to me my computer and I log in my facebook. After he insisted again to use my notebook... and the review that he wrote was included in tripadvisor as was mine review. So beware...

we stayed in 1 of the more expensive rooms for the first 2 nights and one of the cheaper rooms for the last 2 nights. the more expensive rooms i felt were way over priced as it didnt have tv towels or toilet paper, u just got a lil more room and a couch. the cheaper ones were GREAT value, as u dont expect to hav any extras there. the man at reception was very very friendly and helpful. the restaurant lacked customer service. the location was great. i would def stay there again, in cheaper room.
