Booked a nights staying on this Hostel along with some of my friends. We made separate bookings, but then we all got problems and no one could go. My friends called the evening before and could cancel without a problem, no charging for the night. When i was suppose to do the same i got the answer that i still have to pay for the room, even though mins before my friends were able to cancel it. Very disappointed on not treating everyone the SAME!!
