Great location and staff! I'll definitely stay there again when I'm in Kobe again! A+

Although the hotel feels a bit off the beaten path, it's very close to Kobe station - you can walk to Harborland and the Sannomiya shopping district is just 1-2 stops (express vs. local) on the JR line from Kobe station. The Japanese style breakfast was quite tasty and the staff was very helpful with maps and suggestions for places to go. When you're there, ask if they have any copies of the "Yokoso! Japan - Kobe Guidebook."
