Very clean, only complaint is there was no wi-fi in the rooms.

Very nice hotel. It was hard to find a good hostel for cheap in Marseille so we just stayed here. It said 4 beds but it was a queen and a pullout couch which was not comfortable. Still, very close to the port and touristy areas, very close to the metro. No free breakfast. Also, we came home at night and the person and the front door had walked away and locked the sliding door so we had to wait for him to come back. Bad wifi (none in room, just lobby).

When we arrived to the hotel we were informed that they overbooked. We were not notified of this prior to our arrival which was a great inconvencience. They sent our reservation to another hotel which we now had to get to. Once there we were charged a higher amount which we were not notified about. We had originally booked a double bed. The new hotel gave us a pull out sofa as a bed!! It was very uncomfortable and we did not get much sleep. All in all a terrible experience.

This was a very nice hotel and well worth the money. Very easy to find and a close walk to everything.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Kyriad Paradis. It was clean, modern, well-run, and fun to stay in. There was great AC, we had a view over a bustling street, the staff was very kind, the location was great, and they provided parking for a fraction of the cost of parking in a regular lot. I was very impressed, and amazed at the value provided for the very reasonable price.

Very Safe, Close to every thing (shopping, Food, Sea), Friendly Staff, super Clean, will stay again.

The cark park system is very annoying. One key in the whole of the hotel so there was a lot of waiting around to get access to the car park which was also 100m away from the hotel. And it's not included like it misleadingly states. £12 per night.

This is a hotel in the business part of town. That said, it's still in quite a good location with easy access to the Metro and only about a 15 minute walk to the Notre Dame. The facilities and cleanliness was excellent with rooms being cleaned every day. The price is reasonable, so if you're back packing and really feel like using a proper towel, a shower and some relaxing, this is the place for you. The girl behind the front desk was also extremely helpful and chilling. Would stay again!

Decent place - could have used air con though but overall it was a nice stay, the place was clean, secure etc

More like a hotel than a hostel. Good location, in the commercial centre, five minute walk from the old port. There is housekeeping every day, fresh sheets and towels, etc. Breakfast is 10 euro, but it's worth the price.

We had a room on the street side of the hotel and the morning traffic noise was too much even through the double glass window. I recommend requesting X08 and X09 rooms, where possible. Perhaps these were occupied, but the staff could have at least asked, if we wanted a non-smoking room. We got a smoking one, which we wouldn't have picked.

Great place, great price. great location. Loved it recommended. beware they will charge you a tax for god knows what! only 2 euros per night but beware! Close to metro stop town centre only short walk away and close to harbour!!! no breaky but patisseries are close!!!

Overpriced for what it is. Got twin beds when we booked double. Unhelpful man on reception.

The hotel felt rather generic in character, but was immensely comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful, if not terribly enthusiastic.

Convenient location, clean rooms but no english speaking staff at the front desk during night shift, where the staff ended up double.charging my credit card despite all my efforts in "English " (luckily the management corrected it the next day). Overall: a nice shot for good value for money.

The woman at the front desk wouldn't speak English to us, although she seemed to understand what we were saying! There's really little to no nightlife around the hotel though in the city proper, you have to go closer to the Port which was about a 20 minute walk. But if you're looking for a good beach, DO NOT go to Marseille!! Go to Cassis, the beaches are lovely. We used Marseille as home base to get to Cassis, but it was almost a 2 hour train ride/walk commute each way, no good :(

Me parecio excelente.Y no esperaba....me hablaron en Español!gracias.Monica Maria
