I emailed them a couple of days before arriving but they didn't reply. Fortunately, the hotel is near the train and bus stations so we were able to reach the hotel without any hassle. The staff were friendly but you need to speak Spanish to them. The owner speak English though. We asked for a twin room but they upgraded us to a triple room for no extra charge. The bathroon was big and clean. The room had a TV but only local stations were available. There was also a heater in the room for free.

Loved that the bus for MachuPichu was right outside the hotel. We called a bit ahead of tie that we would be late and there was someone at the train station to take us and our bag to the hotel. very friendly.
