The guy at the reception looked so confused. We had to explain how to complete the payment.. about five times. We needed to explain how to divide the bill in two.. Needless to say, we weren't impressed. We had to speak up in order for him not to overcharge us.
Only stayed one evening but the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The room basic but clean and we had an en suite so very useful. No air conditioning and very warm but it was August and for the price it was very good value for money.
I enjoyed my stay here, as it was very affordable and Zoya the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location is great close to rail , Chateau and tourist information. Thefacilities were limited and room was small with no view, and the road was a little noisy but for the cost I thought it was a good stay.

the location is good, the positive list stops here. the info on the hotel is misleading, paints a lot better picture, than the reality. public parking is available, but you have to throw money in the machines in every 2 hours, so its really not an option. with 10 mins walking, you find parking for 5,5 eur a day. the staff does not speek english, it was a day to get the password for the wifi network, the breakfast is really poor for 6 euros, you can get lot better in the city for the price
Good location, old facilities though. Hotel closes in the afternoon, so don't arrive early, or you won't get in! ( yeah, happened to me!)
