An extremely well-run place with extraordinarily helpful staff. However, this is more of a vacation spot for young families and is a little off the beaten track. AMAZING breakfast. Wow. Better for younger travelers to stay in Freiburg itself.

lovely hotel friendly staff nice meals either inside or in the outside beer garden it would be nice though if we had been told that there would be no facilities for either eating or drinking on our second night in the hotel ( quite rude on their part we thought)it was a bit of a shock to get ready and come downstairs to find the place in darkness and no staff around luckily we found the only other guesthouse in the village was happy to serve us

We were positivily suprised by this hotel.
Near Freiburg, but with the quiteness an lovelyness of the countrysite. Very friendly host and family. New rooms , very rich breakfast. Traditional and friendly. We stayed with 2 children in 2 large rooms. Perfect, nice suprise.

We had a great time here - the town was so cute, the staff amazing and the food even better! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay somewhere a bit off the beaten track...it is a short drive to Freiburg...but away from all of the busy buzzing of city life....

We had an amazing stay! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, they offered to pick us up from town and take us to the bus station on our last day. The breakfast is great. The town is small but there are bike trails everywhere and they are very easy to navigate. They even let us rent bikes from them so that was cool. Overall a great place, I would go back in a heartbeat!
