Hotel Latino Reviews

Our stay at Hotel Latino was an overall great experience! It is definitely small and minimalistic, and just about a block away from the main strip and in easy taxi distance from the beach :). The hotel manager around most of the time that we were there, Gary, was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us a bunch of great recommendations of things to do, see, and eat in the area--this made the experience even more enjoyable. Close to everything, not too pricey, clean, and very friendly staff. Thanks

Great location - in town, but on side st, so quiet. Spotless room and bathroom, great air-con, comfortable bed, staff really friendly and helpful. Could not recomment this place more highly.

Gary at the front desk was one of the most helpful people I have ever met at a hostel in terms of recommending food and things to do in and around Tulum. Though it may be on the pricey side for a backpacker budget, definitely a great, secure, and very clean place to stay, with helpful and friendly staff. Cheers!

What an amazing hotel experience. Me and my fiance had Christmas here over 4 nights its a great hotel really chic feel to the place lovely clean rooms, and a nice smallish pool. However the greatest thing about this place is Gary the manager and his team. The customer service shown to us was some of the nicest I have ever experienced. Gary's knowledge of all the cool bars and best value restaurants was so handy and all his ideas were great. We even got a present on Christmas day. A must Stay!

We knew Spanish, so we were fine getting help from the two younger boys that were manning the place, but I think their English was limited. Did not meet the owner, because we only stayed one night, but he is in everyday around 3 pm and available to answer questions to English speaking customers. The boys were very accommodating and helpful, the place was clean and nice.
