Perfect location, Diane was so lovely and v helpful. The walls r quite thin, but other then that the rooms are very suitable.

Rooms not huge, but absolutely adequate for our needs. For the price, you're not likely to get a better location in Nice - it's about two minutes' walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Charming staff too, who were always happy to help out - it definitely felt like a family-run business (in a good way!).

Very close to the beach. Bit of a walk to the old town. Great price for Nice! Just make sure you get the access codes if you are arriving late.
