great little hotel located just behind the famous negresco hotel, literally a minute walk from the beach and short walk away from the centre of nice. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable and added bonus to have a little kitchenette in room (fridge, hob top, plus cutlery, plates etc...), would highly recommend
