Just stay in a Hostel. This hotel is close to everything but in a really seedy part of town with not much around it. The rooms are functional. It would be fine if you were staying a while and planned on being in before dark everyday but I didn't think it was worth the money. I'm really not someone who is too picky about area of town but tis was really bad for me. The breakfast was good but cost 6 euros.
