Nice hotel, although the halls could use some renovation (paint stains). Location is good, very close to gare du nord. Although the stay was fine, I found it a little expensive for what you got. Though that might be the case for every hotel in Paris.

I rated low on security because we came home One night and our door had been left open by the maid. When we mentioned it at the front desk the person seemed non-plussed about it. There was a lot of construction going on which caused two leaks in our room. The woman who took care of that was very helpful and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was good and the Internet was very annoying. We had a lot of trouble with it.

It's good value for money. Clean, warm and in a good location. Must be aware of room cleaning, because sometimes we didn't get toilette paper o water. Also would be nice to have light dinners (snacks, sandwiches) in the dining room. Excellent Staff!!

Unfortunately, we had no hot water the first two days we were there and every time we called the desk they said "10 minutes." Well, the end of the second day we finally had hot water. The staff was not quite as helpful as other places we've stayed. We tried asking them for restaurants around the area and the guy (while he was still on the phone) just said there are some "that way." But overall it was comfortable. Also, internet was pretty bad. Every ten minutes you had to login again.

The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. But the decorations in the room was nice, and the breakfast really good. The hotel was a good quality budget hotel in a nice location close to Gare de Nord. I would recommend it to friends.

Great staff, good location near to the Gare du Nord. Room was a good size for Paris. The only downside is no kettle but there is a coffee machine in the lobby.

The room had very little heating and as it was freezing outside, it was impossible to stay warm. The windows are single-glazed and since the hotel is near a noisy street, making it hard to sleep at night. It probably didn't help that we were on the ground floor. Having said that, breakfast was nice and perhaps in warmer weather this hotel would be worth the money.

Was a really nice stay, adequate, and respectable. Staff was excellent, breakfast was included, and very nice. I'd definitely stay here again!

Overall, great facility and pleasant staff. Breakfast was just o.k -- nothing spectacular. The best feature of this hotel was the location. The central location saves a lot of time in trying to get to all the main sites; it is centered between Montmartre and the main tourist sites like the Louvre, etc. Washroom was clean and modern -- a nice feature. Would've liked to have seen a bar or more usable central lounge in the hotel, but still few complaints :)

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but it was a really beautiful and clean hotel. The only downfall I feel is that there is no room service :(

Despite looking and feeling like a seedy, turn of the century whorehouse, this hotel manages to (sort off) be a decent place to stay when doing the sites of Paris. Its predominant saving grace is its delightful breakfast buffet. Personally, I can't get enough of breakfast buffets and consider myself to be at the forefront of Buffetnology and this hotel did not manage to disappoint. The rooms were fine but the brown cover sheet just had to be put as far away as possible. Good but not recommended

Generally it's ok,very clean and the staff are nice.Downsides: Due to the location is near the train station,it's a bit noisy in the morning. And the water couldn't go down in the shower room,so after a while it's like a little swimming pool.lolFor couples, the double bed is made of two single beds,so there's a gap in between which made it a bit uncomfy.

Absolutely wonderful!! The hotel was fabulous - clean, modern and welcoming. The staff are so friendly. The beds are super comfortable. The buffet breakfast is lovely, and there is a good choice of food. The lounge/reception area is perfect - great decor and a great place to relax. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Paris. Thank you LeRocroy!

Everything perfect except for no wifi in our room. We expected as much because we were given an Internet key
