Good location and staff seemed nice but for the money I paid I expected a bit more. Hostel was very run down and smelt horrible.

Good location, close to the both main stations. But the hotel room seems old and it was not very clean. There were stains on the towels and they did not change them the next day. Staff was friendly though, they kept our luggages for us even after the check-out until our train.

The location is good. The room is big and the bathroom is clean. The staff is very nice. But only lobby has the wifi. And there is no elevator, so it is very tired to get on the 4th floor with a heavy bag...

The hotel is exactly what you need with limited budget & very strategic location. It's near Gare d L'est, a very big/central station in Paris with connection to everywhere including RER (train to DIsneyworld and Versailles). SO it is ideal for situation & access to good, cheap food. It's also near a cheap convenient store to buy groceries. the staff is very helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Paris! PS: you can't cook at all /no kitchen/pantry, no breakfast. Tres bien!!

Grey - brown curtains (they used to be white), moldy parts in the shower, filthy bed covers and moquette, reading lamps out of function, very narrow room, no closet, wifi only in the very small reception hall, no lift and very narrow stairs up to the 3d floor, all this made our stay really ubpleasant. The staff was kind enough and they were at the reception for 24 hours, which made it feel safe enough and also comfortable location. But it seems there has been not invested a euro for decades

For the price that we pay, it was a very poor accommodation. No cleaning at all, poor conditions, bugs on the room, bad smell and the staff was allways way. But the only good thing is the localization, 1 minute walking to the Gare D'Lest

A pretty basic room, but clean. The Hotel has a good location on a quiet street with easy Metro access. There is a great little bakery just up the road and around the corner as well as a few restaurants near by. One annoyance was that the WiFi was only available in the small lobby area. Overall you get what you pay for, and the price is great for Paris.
