Room was cheap, with clean sheets and clean private bathroom. The blankets and the mattress cover were dirty, but no bedbugs. The location is great, 5 minutes from train station. It's a good place if you plan to stay for a short time.

The hotel is very good located, just a few minutes walk from the `gare de l'est`. The roomsare very simple but clean. It wasn't very noisy and the stuff was nice. I think its perfekt for low-budjet travelers.

We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 5 as it was exactly what we wanted. The staff were extremely helpful,at the very last minute when we were supposed to be checking out but asked for another night they went out of their way for us, and even let us leave our baggage in the old room while we went out for the day, moving it themselves to the new room. You will not find a better hotel with such a great location, great staff and low price.I will never stay anywhere else in Paris!

The locations was good, only one stop on the metro and the staff were friendly but I defintely would not consider 'Hotel Le Terrage' to be a hotel. It was a hostel at best. Our room was run down and we questioned the cleanliness of the beds. They also took our key for the room, so we felt that our stuff wasn't as secure, however pqris is a beautiful city and if Hotel Le Terrage is all you can afford then it wouldn't be the worst place to stay.

I think it is a decent place to stay if you don't care that much where you sleep. We stood in a room for 3 persons. We had clean sheets, towels. We slept there 3 nights, and in one night the heat didn't work and it was a little cold (it was on April) but the problem was fixed for the next night. I think for this price it is realy ok. The location is good, because you can reach a metro station in 5 minutes. It is about 20 min by metro from the center but the metro connections are really good.

Staff was good and helpful! Location was super good. You can plan your route by bus or metro. It was safe. Room is a bit old. But considering of the price, it was definitely recommeded.

This hotel needs renovation, but in general it's cheep, has good location, 24h reception, staff is very helpfull and nice, which is somehow compensating old facilities. Walls are thin, so if you use the WC in the night, your partner may wake up :) We were in a room on the first floor and were able to access internet

The room was dirty and the walls are extremly thin. We woke up to very noisy love making at 5 in the morning. If the price wasnt as cheap as it was, I would have been very unhappy.

When we arrived the staff were very helpful, but unfortunately when we entered the room, there was a strong smell of bleach, an when we entered the bathroom it burnt our throat, because the smell was that strong, the shower head you had to hold, as there was nothing to put it in(was weird) But good high pressure hot water. The hostel was right next to a (expensive) Laundromat and near the Gare DeLest, Which was good for transport needs. Also short walk to Gare DeNord (main transport station)

This place was okay. I am glad we stayed there for only one night. It was in walking distance from Gare du Nord which was the main perk. The guys running it were both very nice. It is a bit run down, but fairly clean. I believe there is wifi in the lobby but we didn't have any in the room. The room smelled of smoke but it wasn't bad. It was also a bit old and dusty looking in the room. Our room came with a bathroom which was nice. It is decent for the price but nothing special.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is quite near to a metro station. But the security may not be quite good.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Terrage, the staff were very friendly and helpful and very patient with our questions and lack of French! The room was comfortable and clean and adequate for our needs. The hotel has easy access to the metro and in walking distance to Notre Dame. There are plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby and a lovely little patisserie! I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

We came late at night and the whole process of waiting for someone to come to the desk, getting our names, giving us our keys and getting to the room took....2 minutes, tops! It was such a relief, 10 minutes after stepping into a hotel, you are already in your bed, deferring all the shenanigans of payments and stuff for the morning. Great surprise.

Good for price with respect to other Hotels in Paris, clean enough, location is very good since it's close to Gare de l'est. The Wi-fi is only available in the entrance, this seems a bit absurd but overall it's ok.

Very basic hostel. Entered one general bathrooms and it was bad, but private room baths are small, but usable. The room is very basic but fit for two people. It is clean, but could be improved. My sheets had a stain. Had no problem wih reception people, and it is open all night. If your not too picky, its aceptable, if you want to impress a girl, forget about it!
