we booked a room for three people, arriving we were offered two rooms instead of one. by going to our rooms we were quite surprised to find that one of them was already occupied (person in the room, but clothes, money on the table ..). we reported the Nightwatch (very unpleasant) and we have had two new rooms. result of overheated rooms, walls very thin, shower room. rude staff.
