Hotel Leopolda - where a smile is in everything!
Our comfortable 3 star hotel is situated in a historical palace bordering the historical center of Florence, only a five-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella Railway Station.
The building has been lovingly restored in 2003 into a modern hotel offering 16 cosy rooms with charming interior where, as in a private home, no two are alike. They all are equipped with a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV and direct-dial telephone
The Hotel is fully equipped with facilities for disabled guests.
A continental buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7,30 to 9,30 a.m. in the relaxing atmosphere of the breakfast room of the hotel, and during the day, it is the perfect place to have a coffee, a conversation with a friend, to plan the next day or simply enjoy a good book in its pleasant ambience.
At the Hotel Leopolda we offer friendly service for long and short stay guests visiting Florence on either business or pleasure. We pride ourselves in providing the best of service at all times and will be pleased to help you with booking tours and excursions or theater and museum tickets and delighted to recommend local pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants to suit your requirements.
The following facilities and services are available at our establishment: 16 comfortable ensuite bedrooms with modern amenities; non-smoking rooms (available upon request), luggage storage facilities, elevator, safe deposit facilities at the reception, coffee-bar, enticing array of restaurants within minutes of the Hotel.
Other services and facilities available to guests include babysitters, baby cots, and the organization of museum and theater tickets, city tours, excursions, restaurant reservations, and other.

According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from July 1st the City of Florence will introduce the tourism tax, applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tourism tax rate is Euro 3,00 for night, and it is not applied to:
- children (up to 10 years old);
-people, who provide assistance to patients in hospital, max one each patient;
- people/family, who provide assistance to underage patients in hospital, max two each patient.
