A good basic hotel, no frills. Perfectly adequate if you plan to be out most of the time. Bring earplugs and request a room not facing the main street, ie Rue Alesia..

We stayed on the first level..heard some outside noise, but relatively quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient to get to all the sites on metro. Room was clean not super spacious, however the shower started clogging up the second day. The staff spoke little english, but they were a great help when my friend had to get an ambulance.
