Throughout our stay the staff weren't friendly at all, or helpful. We had to leave our bags in the open lobby when we got there, which didn't seem safe. The hostel is not at all near the beach (it said 350m???), and when we asked the front desk to order a cab for us she ordered a private shuttle that ended up charging us 50€ for a 10 minute drive to the station. Absolutely ridiculous.

The hotel is in the building of a McDonald's.
Feels like you live in a shoebox. Ceiling height is very low. No AC and very poor airflow equals a very hot room. The bathroom felt like you were on an airplane. The length of the shower hose was not long enough to stand showering. Staff was nice and polite. If you want a cheap place to stay in for a quick stop, no problem. If you want to enjoy the nightlife of Cannes you should look for a hotel closer to the city centre. Free wifi from the McDonalds drive-in (located in the same building).

If you really want to cramp into a budget place for overnight stay, then perhaps its a good option, but don't expect much from the room. Rooms are not having any A/C, windows are small and road noise will not let you sleep if you are a light sleeper. I believe the hotel management should provide TV, Air-Con and clean blankets atleast.
It was good combination of price and location. Otherwise the palce was nice - clean, safe, stuff was helpfull and positive. The bus which is going to the center has a schedule you need to be aware of (it`s about every 30 min, every hour on weekends).

This is the Tesco value of Hotels. If you pay cheap don't expect much. It is located within a reasonable distance from Cannes city centre, you will need to take a bus or cab to get there (no more than 20 min.) Beds are clean, bathroom wasn't. Staff have a very poor English, but they are keen to help you. Stay there if you want save money in accommodation. I think there must be a better (cheap place) to stay in Cannes.
Towels and bed changed daily, staff aimable. Chap no thrills hotels. Big supermarket a minute away, although not much else. Bus about five minutes away into town (fifteen minute ride).

The hostel is indeed situated a little far from the city centre but the place is clean and looks safe. Good thing is that there is a mcdonalds and a big supermarket nearby so all things considered it is recommended
Cheap place if you have a car. Beware, bring your earplugs if you plan to sleep, it's very noisy (street, walls...) . But the staff is very friendly, and you have air conditioning, which is enough for me to recommend it. Advice: If you're non-smoker, ask the second (non-smoking) floor ;-)
Only stayed here for one night. Thought it was closer to the Cannes city center. Feels like a motel. Pretty clean, though. And the staff was very helpful.
Not really a hostel this one - it's a hotel, but pretty cheap. The facilities are fairly meager (I had been hoping for a washing machine and an internet connection), but it does the job.
If you have a car and are looking for something out of the way this is like a 2 star motor inn. The directions are bad just look for the Macdonalds, the hotel is next to it. It was fine if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep for a night as you are passing through
This hostel/hotel is NOT EVEN IN CANNES. It is on the outskirts, and we had to take a taxi everytime we wanted to go into town. The bus stops at 8pm every night. If you plan on going in and out of town a lot this is not the best place, we only stayed for one night and I would not stay for any more than that...
If you don't have a car, you better not star here, but if you do, it is cheaper than most of the hostels and much cleaner an comfortable!!!
Very helpful and charming frontdesk. However location could be a problem for travellers with no car. 5-6kms to city center. Rooms are clean and nice.
This is a hotel, not a hostel. It has a terrible location far outside the city reachable only by infrequent bus. The staff didn't speak English, there were no amenities (microwave, internet, A/C etc) and it wasn't clean. Totally overpriced for what you get. There is a McDonalds in the same building as well as a grocery store next door.
This is a really good and cheap place to stay. Within walking distance from the beach (20-25 minutes), which was all we were really interested in. It was a bit confusing to get to before we actually arrived. It is not actually in Cannes, it is in LaBocca. Very good and cheap grocery store near by, and there is a macdonalds attached to the hotel itself, if you get desparate. The staff pretty well only spoke french when we went, but that adds to the cultural experience. AIR CONDITIONING IN ROOMS!
Far from the city, but you can walk 10 min on the motor way to a nice beach.
This place is ok if you just need a room and that's all. Bit far out of the main town centre but the beach nearby is lovely near by - definitely worth checking out the beach but I would not stay here again to visit Cannes. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly.
The hostel is about a 15 min walk from the public beach and very far from the main town. The staff was very friendly though.
