It is a bit far from the city center but close to bus station, supermarkets and the Mc Donald's is almost inside the Hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, it was really worth the money.

If you're looking for a convenient hotel then it won't work for you as the location is a 20 minute walk from beach and at least an hour away from any good restaurants for an evening meal, made it very difficult to plan a day and fit everything in. paid 6 euro for breakfast per person, this was a bread roll/croissant and some jam and they provided no plates. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel facilities were okay. just location was a problem

Fine staff but is and in industrial area. Value for money ok. Expectations need to be managed

Although this hotel was a good location if trying to access the beach and was also close to a supermarket, it was far from any nice restaurants to east in at night and was basically in the middle of a busy road, with little choice of where else to go. Very few people around meant there was little atmosphere.

It was a nice stay. The only downside was that there were ants in our room, not a lot but still... The acces to the city by bus was great, except if there are big partys in la Bocca, so watch out for that!

People in the hotel were very nice. We were arriving late and despite some problems with credit card, they were willing to wait us past working hours. The location is outside Cannes, and you need at least 20 minutes to get there in the morning. Location is in the industrial area, but has McDonalds in the lower floor and Carrefour supermarket nearby. They also offer breakfast.

We pulled up and the hotel was above a Mcdonalds. Not very promising but it ended up being a really nice place. Just not the best location.

The hotel is clean and in a good position, if you have a car. The sea is near and if you want to go in Cannes, you arrive in few minutes. The staff is friendly.

Throughout our stay the staff weren't friendly at all, or helpful. We had to leave our bags in the open lobby when we got there, which didn't seem safe. The hostel is not at all near the beach (it said 350m???), and when we asked the front desk to order a cab for us she ordered a private shuttle that ended up charging us 50€ for a 10 minute drive to the station. Absolutely ridiculous.

What is ridiculous is : the price of taxi is independant of the hotel, and for the beach, you must read : "950 meters" and NO 350 METERS ! ! And the check in is : 3.00 pm and no 9h00 am ! thank you for your attention

The hotel is in the building of a McDonald's.

Feels like you live in a shoebox. Ceiling height is very low. No AC and very poor airflow equals a very hot room. The bathroom felt like you were on an airplane. The length of the shower hose was not long enough to stand showering. Staff was nice and polite. If you want a cheap place to stay in for a quick stop, no problem. If you want to enjoy the nightlife of Cannes you should look for a hotel closer to the city centre. Free wifi from the McDonalds drive-in (located in the same building).

If you really want to cramp into a budget place for overnight stay, then perhaps its a good option, but don't expect much from the room. Rooms are not having any A/C, windows are small and road noise will not let you sleep if you are a light sleeper. I believe the hotel management should provide TV, Air-Con and clean blankets atleast.

It was good combination of price and location. Otherwise the palce was nice - clean, safe, stuff was helpfull and positive. The bus which is going to the center has a schedule you need to be aware of (it`s about every 30 min, every hour on weekends).

This is the Tesco value of Hotels. If you pay cheap don't expect much. It is located within a reasonable distance from Cannes city centre, you will need to take a bus or cab to get there (no more than 20 min.) Beds are clean, bathroom wasn't. Staff have a very poor English, but they are keen to help you. Stay there if you want save money in accommodation. I think there must be a better (cheap place) to stay in Cannes.

Towels and bed changed daily, staff aimable. Chap no thrills hotels. Big supermarket a minute away, although not much else. Bus about five minutes away into town (fifteen minute ride).

The hostel is indeed situated a little far from the city centre but the place is clean and looks safe. Good thing is that there is a mcdonalds and a big supermarket nearby so all things considered it is recommended

Cheap place if you have a car. Beware, bring your earplugs if you plan to sleep, it's very noisy (street, walls...) . But the staff is very friendly, and you have air conditioning, which is enough for me to recommend it. Advice: If you're non-smoker, ask the second (non-smoking) floor ;-)

Only stayed here for one night. Thought it was closer to the Cannes city center. Feels like a motel. Pretty clean, though. And the staff was very helpful.

Not really a hostel this one - it's a hotel, but pretty cheap. The facilities are fairly meager (I had been hoping for a washing machine and an internet connection), but it does the job.

If you have a car and are looking for something out of the way this is like a 2 star motor inn. The directions are bad just look for the Macdonalds, the hotel is next to it. It was fine if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep for a night as you are passing through
