Ths is probably the most p discusting place ive evern stayed in. They where cocoraches and bed bugs. The badroom was appaling... The place was so bad that i didnt stay for the entire reservation, I left after one night. Please make yourself a favour and book another hostel. This place is a rubish bin.

The hostel is good located directly in front of the night market of china town in KL. Our room (double bed) was quite large with an attached bathroom. It was a little noisy during the night because of the street in front of the hostel. The bathroom was a little dirty and could be renovated. I can recommend this Hostel for travelers who look for a cheap and central accommodation in KL. Greetings

The staff of the hotel are very nice people, always ready to help you. If you are a backpacker, you can enjoy the television and many films for free it is very nice. There is also a common place where you can cook. Rooms are very big and clean,

I had a huge hole in the wall close to the airconditioner that was just covered by a plastic bag. The traffic outside is very noisy and i could hardly sleep.

Hotel Lok Ann is brilliantly located on Petaling St and in the heart of everything you want to do in KL. The staff were great - friendly and helpful and even treated us to an upgrade. The only down were extremely hungry bed bugs which meant we ended up leaving early and a continuing phobia of the little blood suckers. The hotel staff are pretty onto exterminating the critters so make sure you let them know as soon as you see/feel/scratch them.

It is in a fantastic location within a short walking distance from bus and train stations. Not as clean and modern as the photos make it out to be, but still a good place to stay. The staff are knowledgable and give tons of information on arrival on how to get around town, what to see and where to eat. Breakfast is included, yet limited. You get what you get, no real options, and washing up after yourself is expected, which makes it feel more like a glorified guesthouse as opposed to a hotel!
