Really friendly and helpful staff, nice room, definitely more of a hotel than a hostel

I had a good stay. The staff was very nice and the room was okay. However the shared bathroom situation was not great. No seat on the toilette? Really?!?

It was a nice stay, they can improve the cleanliness a little but it was a good hotel to stay. Also they should improve the directions provides because it was a little difficult to find due to changes in the tram lines.

Not the most fancy hotel in the city but a good value for money. Excellent attention from the staff of the hotel.

I had a lovely little room. But way overpriced. I stayed in equally comfortable hotel ambrosiana for half the price and better location. Free breakfast was strange: some crackers and pre packed low quality bread selection. No hot food. But otherwise nice staff and comfortable stay.

Donato, was a great host and very helpful. The room was as described and clean. 2 shared toilets did not have toilet seats. The showers could do with a more frequent clean (Shower screens but were servicable). The toilet seats were the glaring issues. I'd stay again. Very central.

The hostel was clean and in a good location (a 5-minute walk from the metro and one of the main shopping streets). Staff was nice enough but not super friendly. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom. The room I had reeked of cigarette smoke, and no one ever came in to change my sheets or towels. Also, the shower on the 3rd floor was really cold. This hotel was decent but not really worth what it's priced.

Booked this for proximity to train station but tbh there are hundreds of places nearer. Room was very clean, nicely starched sheets, which we appreciated but double bed was small and up against the wall, room was very small, looked out onto a courtyard of back gardens which was nice. thought it was overpriced, though and not near the station. Would probably call in on a few unreviewed places nearer the station given the same circumstances again.

The wooden lift is very cute. Staff at the reception is nice and active. Warm and quiet place to stay.

Very clean, wifi works well, staff was great, & it's really close to the metro & other sights! Only problem was that it was cold, but warm under the blankets.

Quite hard to find hostel, walked around a long time trying to find the road advised. Location was only a few stops away from the main strip of Milan which was good. Otherwise, the elevator doesn't work (like most places) unless all doors are closed properly, which didn't happen once while we were there, meaning having to go down from the top floor by stairs with luggage. Room was nice, with a comfy bed, not quite value for money.

I stayed in Loris for 2 nights in a single room, chose to stay there because of location and of course because of the price. Is it a good value for money, I'm not sure about that. On the good side: location and spacious room. On the bad side: cigarette smoke in the room (ash tray in the corridor, next to the elevator and to the entrance to the room), bathroom walls had mould, water in the shower did not run down well (was till ankles in the water while taking shower), a bit cold during night...

The hotel is alright for the price. The room is very noisy and the shower we had in our room was horrible. The only time we spent in the hotel was for sleeping, so it didn't really bother us.
