I did not get a room with a toilet only with a douche. Everything was old.

Hotel room was dirty and full of black hair, also, the wi-fi signal was poor and it was just near the reception. In the morning we didn't have any water,so we couldn't take a shower... And the view from the window was a wall..

We stayed in en suite twin room which was old, but immaculately clean. There are obvious problems of an old building, such as cracked tiles and smelly plumbing, but we had an amazing smiley cleaning lady who made our beds and changed our towels daily and made our stay very pleasant. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast included but plenty of bakeries in the area. WiFi doesn't stretch to the rooms but available in the hall. Very pleasant stay.

It was ok for 1 night stay, stayed in double room. Very thin walls, but it was rather quiet where we stayed.

The hostel was very old and not very clean (the hallways smelled like cigarettes). The receptionist spoke little English and communication was hard. Although breakfast should be included, he made up an excuse each day to explain why there was none (first we were to late, then the room was being painted, and in the last day he said we should have requested it the night before). There is no proper luggage room either.

Please specify all available facilities upfront on site. While booking hotel, I got to know that I can check in at 9:00 AM in morning whereas when I reached there it was 12 PM in noon. Also at site it was showing for a private room whereas there was a common WC shared by all the guests of a floor.

My only complaint is the Wifi was terrible. Very poor connection. They have 4 or 5 floors and they put one router on the ground floor and claim they have free wifi.

Between the cigarette burns in the bed covers, the showerhead that didn't work, the WiFi that barely worked, and the TV with bad colour, it was a bit like staying in a third world country. That being said, the staff were helpful and the sheets on the bed were clear. I just avoided touching anything else.
