Basic room and facilities, it´s like a bed and breakfast hotel. Pros: - Friendly staff. Cons: - The location is not so good, you must walk for 10 minutes to reach the Coliseum. - Our towels haven´t been changed for one night. - The heating was not enought. - Staff only speak italian. - Bathroom is small. - Basic Breakfast

Considering the price, this was an excellent deal. However, it is quite a hike away from Termini, especially when you have luggage. Also, it isn't in the best of neighborhoods. Actually, the neighborhood is kind of scary. The staff is very nice but they make you leave your key at the front desk every time you leave, which I thought to be a little strange. None of them speak any English, but communication wasn't too difficult with the appropriate amount of hand gestures and Spanish/Italian mix.
