Hotel Luxa Reviews

The location is good - just three stops tram from Hbf, or I walked about 20 min back. It locates just in the walking street, easy for shopping. I lived in 3 Stock and thus not noisy at all. Although I booked an Einzelzimmer with shared bathroom, but actually I seemed the only one who had the key of the bathroom. I have to say that the bathroom is very clean and good. The staff is not very helpful and she seldom smiled. But generally the hotel is good except for the higher price.

I only stayed there for one night, I arrived at 13:00 and checked in right away, the receptionist didn't speak much English and wasn't to friendly either, next day during my check out he wasn't at reception, I waited for 5 minutes and he came back from the outside, apparently he was taking out his dog. Also I checked in and when I got to my room it was still dirty, so I changed and left when I came back there was still some dirt on the table. But hey...for 40euros per night what would I want :)

Better quality bedding and a towel in the room would have made a big difference in the stay.
