The hotel was in a good position, but has no breakfast included and the staff is not friendly at all. Quite clean, but you must do the bed by yourself! And the "bathroom" looks like a strange wardrobe. Rooms very small. Moreover, i asked a room with two beds, and they gave me a doble-bed room!

The location is good - just three stops tram from Hbf, or I walked about 20 min back. It locates just in the walking street, easy for shopping. I lived in 3 Stock and thus not noisy at all. Although I booked an Einzelzimmer with shared bathroom, but actually I seemed the only one who had the key of the bathroom. I have to say that the bathroom is very clean and good. The staff is not very helpful and she seldom smiled. But generally the hotel is good except for the higher price.
