For the price it is a very good Hotel to stay for a few days. It is located near Sacre Coeur and there are 2 Metro stations nearby. The street is very calm, but sometimes you can hear other guests through the walls. Staff is very nice and breakfast very good (bread, croissants, tea, coffee and juice). I would stay there a second time!

We asked to have our bathroom light fixed and it didn't happen. The maids should knock before entering rooms. People smoking in rooms next to us was not nice. Fix the showers and hot water. We appreciated the breakfast, but having cold showers in dark bathrooms then being walked in on was a little unnerving.

The Hotel looked okay and our room, too. Sadly the sink was broken and not attached to the wall and there was mold in the bathroom. We complained and got offered a new (and cleaner) room directly. The personnel was friendly. The breakfast was included in the price and it was nice(1 crossaint, 1 bread roll per person, jam, butter, coffee, orange juice). For the low price this hotel is good, especially because we explored Paris during the day and only came to the hotel for sleeping.

I've stayed six times at this hotel. I like the staff very much as well as the location. I get the right 'Paris feeling' at Hotel Luxia.

The staff was not friendly at all. The cleanliness was not good. We had a problem with the heater and the wash basin was choked in the morning. The lift and the aread around rooms was very small, not enough even to carry your luggage.

They staff did his job,... but they did not even look in our eyes when we asked something. We are a little bit crazy looking people and so they made us feel like 'we have got an eye on you'. The bathroom was very clean! But the floor in the rooms was c**p. We were not able to control our heating...no mirror in the room.

It's a nice hotel within walking distance to Basilique du Sacré Cœur, Montmartre, three Metri lines and especially bus # 85 to Île de la Cité.

room space is fine for two but it's dusty. Bathroom on level 5, wallpaper came out and the shower curtain was dirty. The breakfast was excellent.

It is a very basic hotel, but has a good location (near the sacre coer cathedral) and it is cheap!. I would recomend it.

At a very central place in Montmartre, it is also very close to Sacre Coeur and also the Anvers Metro station. We had some problems with the flow of hot water since facilities were old, but if you are not looking for more than a cheap- clean hotel in a central spot, it worths. + Breakfast was better than we expected.

My chamber was nice, clean and worm in the winter, so I couldn't say bad things. I have not seen other rooms, but if you are 3, make sure you ask the 16, is the one in the pictures. Enjoy your stay, cheap as a hostel, but still a hotel!
