The staff was ok - they speak quite good English. The ceiling was about to fall on our heads and they gave us the room between the kitchen and storage room. The breakfast included in the money paid was consisting of one croissant and one small baguette with nutella or orange marmalade. The only way to use INTERNET was to pay 1euro but only if you had your own laptop or phone. The only positive sides of this stay was that it is really near to the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur and Anvers metrostation

A very nice place to sleep, and close to Sacre Coeur and the public transport.

The hotel is really good for the price. Not far from the metro, just a few steps appart from Sacre Cour basilique and nice and comfortable. It's obviously not a Hilton, but it has a good atmosphere. The only 'but' I can think of, is that we could not lock our door from the inside and there were only a few sockets (2) so charging your camera and phone can be tricky. But anyway, that's also not that bad. Personal is great, breakfast ist good!

Quite a character with it's old setup, you would enjoy it if you like the feeling of travelling back in time. Hot water wasn't hot in the evening! No internet. But quite spacious, beds are comfortable.

The room was very basic, our shower screen was broken so the bathroom got flooded when you showered- which was like showering under a hose, and it took them 3 days to remove the overflowing rubbish bin. Located close to the Moulin Rouge and very close to the metro line- so the rest of the city is easily accessible. Wasn't too bad, and it has a lift which is awesome!

The only downside to this hostel for me was that it had no wifi connection. Other than that, it was full of character, and in a perfect location. We could see the Sacre Coeur from the hotel room, and were really close to the metro station. It made me think of what the room that Oscar Wilde lived out his last days in might've looked like! Quaint, and yet.. the wallpaper was interesting! Anyway, perfect location and atmosphere.

Water on the floor in bathroom when the toilet was used. Glass in one window in bedroom was broken.

I think that your maids were rude and impolite with the tourists. I'm sorry but this is my thought; instead, the man who was at the reception was polite and helpful through everybody. Goodbye!

No heating in bathroom, thin walls - loud noise from the street at night, rude personnel at breakfast and at reception, broken windows, poor door locks. only benefit is its location in the central part of montmartre and closeness to metro.

The best of this hotel is the location, in the heart of Montmartre, very close to Sacre coure and to some metro stations. The rooms were clean but kinda old. For that price was a very good hotel, we had a nice time. We could smoke in the room, that for us was like heaven!

The hostel is located in a good location, near to an underground station and the Sacre Coer. The problem is that there is no internet connection. And we would say that the place needs an urgent renew.
