Excellent hostel/ hotel. Dorm spotless newley decorated and modern twist. Beautiful chillout garden and the best view over san juan de sur., Felt extremely safe and staff were very helpful as I dont speak much spanish. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. Note was very chilled when I stayed which made it!!

This is a nice hostel with a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Staff are very pleasant. Only negative perhaps was the location, a little bit up a hill and off some dimly lit back streets. Would happily recommend though. Breakfast is included.
Bit away and up to the hill from the center, but I liked it. Just 5 min. Large common area with a view to San Juan Del Sur and to the ocean. If you are looking a place where you can rest in this down, then this is your hotel.
Clean rooms, friendly and kind staff, good breakfast (included). The hostel is nearby (about a 5 min walk) to the restaurants/bars/San Juan bay. Staff was helpful in booking shuttles to nearby beaches and to Granada. Quiet hostel, has wifi in the lobby/balcony areas.
Very nice location. Splendid garden and good breakfast served on the terrace.
The house with all the dormitory rooms has a great view overlooking San Juan del Sur! The rooms are clean and decent, but expect a few bugs here and there (it's by the beach after all). The only thing to beware of is the steep hill you have to climb to get to the hotel/hostel. The staff is friendly enough, and they serve a simple breakfast. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very quaint, the dorm is nice, and it has a calm atmosphere. If you are looking to party, this isn't the place for you. There were a few families there just passing through. Security was alright, but the door into the dorm house is old and it was really hard to open!! Breakfast was great with coffee, juice, eggs, and toast. There's a cute kitten named Lucky in the main office that is fun to play with. One thing that bothered me was that neighbors blasted music until very late!
Great view from up on a hill overlooking the bay. It takes a little effort to walk up the hill but once there you are rewarded with a spectacular vista.
