Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view from the terrace. It would have been nice to have wifi in the rooms. Extremely convenient location, on a quiet street, but VERY close walk to the beach and all the shops/restaurants. No hot water in the showers.

The place is lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I wish there had been easier access to drinking water which was impossible to get in the middle of the night. No safe in the room but the place was pretty secure. Also, the paid breakfast was not very good (not even the coffee, which is bizarre in Nica) which surprised me at such an otherwise stylish hotel. But the complimentary pancake breakfast was great.

What a wonderful place!!! Amazing views! Quite and off the drag. But still super close to the bars and shops. Very clean rooms and spacious! And staff is very friendly and helpfu! Note: have cash on hand to pay for room, machine is often broken.

Good spot

Loved this hotel. Rooms were wonderful. There is a steep hill to climb to get to the hotel but it's worth the pleasant staff and very clean facilities. There's isn't wifi in the rooms only in the lobby but that didn't bother our group at all. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome hotel in San Juan. The hill is a little steep but it's worth it. Stayed in room #1 and the kitchen was a nice to have for lunch, drinks etc. Great staff!!

We loved being up on a small hill above the city . It was cool and breezy, with a variety of nice outdoor spaces around the facility. Good to have use of kitchen, except during their morning breakfast. A little overprcied, Adding eggs to pancakes, juice, coffee cost $3.50 USD! Quiet, nicely decorated.

This was by far the best customer service I have ever recieved from a hotel. The staff were always warm and friendly and could not help you enough.
