Tiny room. You can shower, use the toilet and sink all at the same time its so small. City itself lacked excitment. The Wifi didn\'t work and the computer was never available because the children were always on it. My 20 min a day of net time that guests \'could use\' as per the sign above the computer was cut short (I was asked to get off after 5 mins) because one of their children wanted to use it. Would not reccommend this \"HOTEL\" to anyone.

I loved this hotel. The woman is so nice, so polite... Itīs well located - I had one of the best nights after months... To arrive there is very easy... Take the bus 1 in front of the train station, show the driver the address and thatīs all!!!

Good base if specifically visiting Lourdes - or in my case just passing through. Good value & location. Room at back (first floor, but below street level) a little dark without lights on, even in daylight, though I was not affected as I was not in it for long periods. The main entrance signage needs highlighting - as I kept missing it on several occasions.

Not the best place to stay, but the price was really good and location was fine. Negatives were stains on the towels (they were clean, but because they were white something had stained it and had not come out in the wash), walls extremely thin so you could hear everything, no real outside light unless you used the full length shutters which opened onto the road (so you couldn't leqve them open if you were out).

Average cleanliness, but the place looks a bit run-down; old furniture, bed clothes, curtains, torn wallpaper. The wall is really thin that you can hear many neighbours. Location is pretty good though. So, for the price I paid, I don't mind that.

Very basic but cheap and I stayed there for 6 nights without any problems. The room was quite warm and airless and the tap didn't work properly, but these were not unbearable issues and I didn't mind because it was so cheap. The staff are ready to help if you need them. The hostel is in an excellent location, 10-15 mins walk from station, 5 from the grotto and round the corner from the castle.

It's an ok hotel for short stay. Simple but clean enough. The big disadvantage about the French is their inability to communicate in English. Other than that it's ok. I recommend that people should look around before booking this hotel. It seems like there are so many choices to choose from in and around Lourdes.

The directions given by the website on how to get to the hostel is poor.
