Very friendly staff. They explained where to find metro shopping spots...also wifi for free. The room was as expected, clean and worth the price.

The Hotel Marignan has a great location, right next to Notre Dame, and within walking distance of the Louvre. In addition, the staff there was incredible. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, given a map, event discounts, and insider details (like where the local markets are). Each morning we were given a nice breakfast, and on the day we checked out before breakfast, they even made it for us the night before, and let us bring it up to our room.

Very convinient location to explore Paris, helpful staff, clean and warm rooms. We scheduled our stay for 2 persons but a friend decided to come with us on the last minute. They were very helpful with the situation and knew that she couldn't find anywhere else to stay so they gave their room for 1 with a discount. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel which is suitable for families too! p.s. The breakfast was really good :)

Great location and value for money, hotel room comfy & clean. However the walls between rooms are extremely thin, would advise taking earplugs as was often woken up by people talking in adjacent rooms. Apart from that, it was a lovely place to stay & I would recommend it.

Perfect location. Great people. Clean. Not luxury, but certainly nice and comfortable enough to meet our "travel on a budget" needs.

In an excellent location! I would stay there again. The breakfast isn't the best, but it is good enough. And the staff is really nice, even the ones who doesn't speak english at all - but one blond recepcionist was trying really hard to be polite, and still couldn't. I reccomend!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The receptionist you mention was a temp on Saturday evening as our regular receptionist was away. Your feedback is helpful. - HM Reception

Excellent Location, and the breakfast is quite good. However, soundproofing of rooms could be improved.

This hotel is a great choice to stay. I and my friends stayed at Marignan for four nights and we totally enjoyed our stay. It's in Saint Germain area, heart of Paris. There are many cafés, pubs, restaurants... Panthéon is in the backside of hotel! The metro station is 1 minute away by foot! The breakfast was mamma mia. The room was pretty big, clean one and the stuffs were perfect! My friend lost his luggage and they dealed with the issue as their own! We adored staying at this hotel.

Hotel was surprisingly small comparing the images. Offen there was no staff on the information desk. Breakfast was quite small for a buffee. One shower was blocked.

In the hostel there are some staff including the owner speaks English. Generally it is nice to be staying in Marignan. Rooms are clean, location (for sightseeing) is convenient, shared bathroom is good also. Noise control is not good. On one night it was very noisy at the 4-persons-room. But it depends if you have good neighborhood or not. Washing machine and wifi are free which are convenient to us. Staff are attentive and advisable. I would say it is a value-for-money staying. Good choice!

This was a very nice place for the price and right in the city centre near Notre Dame. I'll stay again if I go back to Paris. The shared bathroom was very clean and had a decent shower, and the room was small but comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and spoke excellent English.

Location is central, staff speaks fluent English. Great amenities (free breakfast, laundry, computer, wi-fi, etc.) for a relatively low price. My only complaint would be that a few of our lights were broken. I would stay here again.

Awesome, friendly and helpful staff. Dinner is a great way to meet guests and eat good food. It's near the metro and I would definitely stay again. In fact I'm still here.

Hotel Marignan is a modest hostel, ran by a friendly older french guy. Staff and decoration are not its best traits but if you have been in Paris before you know those are not easy to find on a budget. I highly recomend this hostel for in PARIS is difficult to find something that has more value for the money.
